Scheduling and Start Times

- Start times are usually between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM based on access and crew routing.
- Commercial and HOA work can be scheduled after hours or weekends on request.
Weather Policy for Exterior Projects
Michigan weather can change quickly. We use manufacturer guidelines for temperature, humidity, and surface conditions. If conditions are not ideal we reschedule the affected day and keep you updated by phone and email.
Change Orders and Scope Adjustments
- Any work not listed on your estimate requires a written change order with scope and price.
- We do not proceed on added items until approved in writing to protect your budget.

Can I add work after the project starts?
Yes—added items require a written change order so scope, cost, and timing are clear and approved before we proceed.
Do you offer cabinet finishing in a shop?
Yes. For many kitchens we remove doors/drawers for shop finishing and spray boxes on-site, depending on layout and finish goals.
What’s included in your quality assurance checklist?
Protection, repairs/priming, manufacturer-spec application, daily cleanup, and a final walkthrough with touchups.
